About Counselling for Insight

I am a British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) accredited counsellor trained to post-graduate level.

My main aim is to understand with openness, honesty, integrity and genuine care and concern. I aim to locate difficulties and allow people to understand their innate problems and deal with them, I help people to develop personal strength to cope with life.

As well as counselling individuals, I offer therapy for couples who may have relationship issues.

I am available at my practice office, for counselling in Greenwich near Canary Wharf but I am also a counsellor for people working in Liverpool Street and the City. I’m available Fridays for counselling at Cannon Street. As an Asian counsellor I offer counselling for all of South East London at these venues.

I have specialist training in eating disorders and stress management.

In addition, I also have specialist training in cross-cultural counselling and a number of years of experience working as an Asian counselling coordinator and supervisor at MIND.

I follow the BACP code of ethics that defines the professional boundaries and confidentiality that must be maintained at all times
